Ahlan members are entitled to earn Ahlan reward points on every purchase they make at Danube Home which can be redeemed to avail discounts at any Danube Home stores in the UAE.
To collect points, members should present their physical card or mobile app digital card at the time of billing. Members can earn points during both promotion & non-promotion periods.
Members should have minimum 5000 Ahlan points (AED 50) in the account to start redeeming. Once earned, Ahlan points will be valid for next 2 years from the date of transaction. These points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other member’s account.
Earned Ahlan points will be available for redemption only after 14 days from the transaction date which is in line with our return policy. This reward programme is valid for the residents of the United Arab Emirates & applicant must be of 18 years old or above to apply for the membership. There is no fee or minimum purchase required to join the programme.
Members can check their points details at any of the Danube Home stores, on mobile app or by sending a mail to ahlan.care@danubehome.com with the membership details and for any other queries related to Ahlan programme.
By enrolling in the programme, members grant their consent to Danube Home to gather and utilise their personal information including name, email ID, contact number, date of birth and purchase details etc for any marketing and research related purposes.
Danube Home holds the rights to make any changes in the programme mechanics or the benefits to members with or without a prior notice.
